Bas has been the manager of Horeca de Duinhoeve together with Ilse since 2018. In the restaurant he can mainly be found behind the scenes. He ensures, among other things, that everything in the kitchen and snack bar runs smoothly. You will also often see him passing by on the scooter, as he provides the restaurant's delivery service.

Tip from Bas: In my spare time I enjoy walking with our Golden Retriever Guus. In the front part of the Gadrabos just behind Haamstede, stray dogs are also allowed on the walking path. Get up extra early to go for a walk in the area. It is a nice and quiet place for a walk. With a bit of luck you will see the deer walking around here!
