Free wireless internet is available throughout the year at all tourist camping pitches. In every rental accommodation you have access to your own internet with an access code. Permanent annual places can obtain internet by means of a subscription.

Dogs are allowed on almost all fields, if kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed on the camping fields and rental accommodations in the area 1000 and 2000. Dogs of visitors are also not allowed here. Please inform your visitors.

The (water) playground is also open to guests who are not staying at our campsite.

The camping site is largely wheelchair friendly. 2 sanitary buildings are equipped with a disabled space. The reception and catering are also accessible for the disabled.

At the entrance of the campsite you will find the barriers that work on license plate recognition. To drive thrugh with a (camping)vehicle, you must give your registration number to the reception in advance. The barrier operates between 07:00 and 23:00 o'clock. Outside this time the barrier is closed.

A day visitor does not need to be registered. Only if your visit stays overnight you must register these persons in advance. All night visitors from the age of 4 pay the overnight rate applicable at that time. If you are not present during the stay of your visit, you must notify the reception staff in advance.

The arrival time is from 14:00h and the departure time until 12:00h. If you are earlier, you can place the camper or car with caravan on the parking strip on the road in front of the reception. It is possible to check in during reception opening hours. If you come outside reception opening hours, please contact us.

Each camping pitch has 10 amps as standard. Power is only available with a CEE plug. These camping plugs are for sale at the reception.

We accept the ACSI Camping Card and ANWB Camping Card CKE during the low season (excluding holidays and events). The basic rate applies to a standard pitch with electricity, including two persons, one camping equipment, one car and one pet. Excluding the tourist tax and any optional reservation costs. Additional persons, pets or upgrade possible at an additional cost. If you make a reservation through the website, you can state in the comments what discount card you have. We will adjust the reservation for you.

At our campsite you can camp with your caravan, tent, trailer tent or camper. The following applies to campers: it must be stated on the vehicle paper that it is a official camper, converted cars and vans are not allowed. Our camping pitches are car-free, so it is not allowed to spend the night in your car.

For rental accommodations, the arrival time is from 3 pm and the departure time until 11 am. If you are earlier, you can park at the entrance or already on the campsite. It is possible to check in during reception opening hours. If you come outside reception opening hours, please contact us.

Duvets and pillows are standard in all accommodations. You also have the option to book bed linen and a towel package. A made bed on arrival can only be booked at the chalets and holiday home.

From 2022, we will rent out high chairs only for our rental accommodations. We do not (yet) rent out other baby and children's furniture.

After the keys are returned, the property will be checked by the housekeeping. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer no later than 14 days after departure, provided that the accommodation and inventory are left undamaged and tidy. This means that no more dishes and waste can be left lying around and the house is left broom clean. If the accommodation has a dishwasher, it must be emptied before departure.

If the accommodation does not meet the above points, additional costs will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

The maximum number of people per camping pitch and accommodation is indicated on the website. It is not allowed to stay with more people than the location is suitable for.

Children up to 4 years old are allowed in addition to the maximum number of people. However, these accommodations are not standard equipped for this, so baby and children's furniture does not fit in every accommodation.

We are a family campsite and therefore do not accept bookings from groups, (unaccompanied) youth and young adults. Even with a reservation youth will be rejected. If in doubt, please contact the reception first.

Deposits are requested at time of booking. When you make a reservation, you pay 50% of the total amount two weeks after the reservation. The other 50% must be paid at least four weeks before arrival. If you book a few days before arrival, it is possible to make your payment at the reception upon arrival. You can find the payment terms on your confirmation. 

It is possible to check online which camping pitches are still available. When making a booking, you first specify the desired period. At the bottom of that screen you can click on 'preference booking', a new screen with a map will appear. Additional costs will be charged when making a preference booking. The rental accommodations cannot be booked via the website with preference. You can request a preferred location via comments in the booking system, by telephone or by e-mail.

We are affiliated with industry association RECRON. If you want to cancel your reservation, we use the general terms and conditions as drawn up by the RECRON. In addition to these conditions, it is also possible to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

A Barbecue is allowed. Please notice other guests should not be disturbed by smoke, etc. The barbecue must be in a safe place. A bucket of water or sand should be next to the barbecue. Campfires, fireplaces and open fires are prohibited.

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or cash payment. There is no ATM on the campsite. Several ATMs can be found in Burgh-Haamstede.

Visitors can park their car for free in the parking lot at the reception. As the main booker, you are responsible for reporting their visitors if they stay overnight. They must pay the applicable overnight rate from 4 years. Reporting a day visit is not mandatory.

You can park your car at the reception parking upon arrival. You can place a camper or car with caravan on the parking strip on the road in front of the reception.

At the campsite guests are able to bring one vehicle per pitch. It is posible to bring an additional vehicle, at an additional charge per day. This charge will be payable on arrival. However, multiple license plates can be passed on. Access to the campsite will be given by license plate recognition.

The camping fields are not parking spaces! Please park the vehicle in the indicated parking spaces.

Charging an electric car is possible in the parking lot next to the reception, at the small parking next to the restaurant and at the fields 1000/2000. To charge you need your own charging card. Several charging points can be found in Burgh-Haamstede.

Charging an electric bicycle is possible at the restaurant. There are also several bicycle charging points nearby.

Incoming postcards and packages can be dropped off at the reception. You can hand in your outgoing postcards at the reception.
